- 1 French bread loaf, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped olives, red onion, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Arrange the bread slices on the baking sheet.
- Spoon and spread the cheesy mixture evenly over each slice.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
