Description

A 30-minute gourmet-style chicken Caesar wrap with crispy Parmesan-crusted chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for a quick, flavorful lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce (approx. 6 ounces), chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Spritz fresh lemon juice
  • Heaping 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • Optional: 1 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the butterflied chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pan-sear the chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  4. If using, sprinkle the chicken with some of the grated Parmesan in the last minute of cooking to create a crispy crust.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and let rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine, avocado, red onion, shaved Parmesan, a spritz of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently.
  7. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave.
  8. Place a portion of the salad mixture onto each tortilla, top with sliced chicken, and optionally sprinkle with extra grated Parmesan.
  9. Roll up tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing for a lighter version.
  • Add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge, but add dressing just before serving to avoid sogginess.
