Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into 2-inch pieces, then make shallow crosswise cuts (hasselback-style) in each piece without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mustard glaze generously over each kielbasa bite, making sure it gets into the slits.
  5. Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
