- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the kielbasa into 2-inch pieces, then make shallow crosswise cuts (hasselback-style) in each piece without cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Brush the mustard glaze generously over each kielbasa bite, making sure it gets into the slits.
- Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes, or until caramelized and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a wooden skewer as a slicing guide to avoid cutting through the kielbasa.
