- 1 package croissant dough
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Dried oregano, to taste
- Dried basil, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place pepperoni slices along the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each croissant starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to hold the filling.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
