Description

Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are a fun, cheesy, and savory twist on classic croissants, featuring melty mozzarella and zesty pepperoni wrapped in buttery, golden dough — perfect as a snack, appetizer, or easy party treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • Dried basil, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into individual triangles.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place pepperoni slices along the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each croissant starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to hold the filling.
  5. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
