Description

Warm, cheesy, and buttery biscuit bombs filled with gooey mozzarella. These easy-to-make snacks are a perfect appetizer or side dish for any meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Biscuits: Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the biscuit dough over the cheese to enclose completely, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  • Brush with Butter and Garlic: Brush each biscuit bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cool and Serve: Let the biscuit bombs cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • Extra Flavor: Add herbs like dried oregano or Italian seasoning to the melted butter for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Cheese Variations: You can also use provolone, pepper jack, or any cheese you prefer.
  • Spicy Version: For a spicier kick, mix red pepper flakes into the melted butter.
