Description

Savory cocktail sausages simmered in a rich buttery sauce with ranch seasoning, brown gravy mix, and mild pepper rings, slow cooked until perfectly tender and coated.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup mild pepper rings, sliced
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix powder
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix powder

Instructions

  1. Set slow cooker to low heat or warm a large skillet over low heat.
  2. Add the cocktail sausages to the slow cooker or skillet.
  3. Sprinkle the brown gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix evenly over the sausages.
  4. Add the sliced mild pepper rings.
  5. Place the butter on top in pieces.
  6. Stir gently as the butter melts to evenly coat the sausages.
  7. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours in the slow cooker or 20 to 25 minutes on the stovetop, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve warm with toothpicks.
