Description

Rich and moist mini chocolate cakes topped with a smooth chocolate ganache, perfect for individual desserts or special treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Grease mini cake molds.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into molds.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Prepare ganache by melting chocolate with cream.
  8. Pour ganache over cooled cakes and serve.
