- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Grease mini cake molds.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into molds.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Prepare ganache by melting chocolate with cream.
- Pour ganache over cooled cakes and serve.
