Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until it forms a thick, spreadable paste.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish, ensuring they don’t overlap. Pat them dry with paper towels if needed.
