  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until it forms a thick, spreadable paste.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish, ensuring they don’t overlap. Pat them dry with paper towels if needed.
  4. Spread the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
