Description

This Mediterranean Turkey Wrap combines herbed cream cheese, tender turkey, arugula, roasted red peppers, and avocado in a soft flatbread for a fresh, flavorful meal ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4-6 slices turkey
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Warm the flatbread slightly in a dry skillet for a few seconds to make it flexible.
  2. Spread herbed cream cheese evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Layer arugula down the center, then add turkey slices, roasted red peppers, and avocado.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for seasoning.
  5. Roll the flatbread tightly from one end, tucking in the sides as you go.
