Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
- In another bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and place the meatballs on the other side.
