- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust dough
- 200 g sausage meat, cooked and crumbled
- 150 g ham pieces, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 150 g shredded cheese
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and position a rack in the center.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Press the unbaked pie crust dough gently into a 9 inch pie dish, trimming excess if needed.
- Evenly distribute the cooked sausage meat and diced ham over the crust, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the filling.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is just set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
