1/3 cup chopped onion (white or yellow)

5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

4 oz oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken stock)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, room temperature

1/2 cup chicken stock (more if needed)

Instructions
