Description

Marry Me Ravioli is a creamy, flavorful twist on the viral Marry Me Chicken recipe! Store-bought ravioli is elevated with a luscious homemade sauce featuring sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, and white wine. This quick and easy dinner is ready in under 30 minutes and is perfect for date nights or busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz refrigerated ravioli

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion (white or yellow)

  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 4 oz oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken stock)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock (more if needed)

ย

  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • ook the Ravioli

    • Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce

    • In a large skillet, add chopped onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes (including a little oil from the jar). Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the onions soften.

    • Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.

  • Add the Cream and Cheese

    • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

    • Add shredded Parmesan and stir until melted and fully incorporated.

    • If the sauce is too thick, gradually add chicken stock until desired consistency is reached.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

ย

  • Combine and Serve

    • Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.

    • Heat through, then garnish with fresh basil.

    • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • No wine? Use extra chicken stock instead.

  • Thicker sauce? Add extra Parmesan or let it simmer longer.

  • Add protein: Serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or pancetta.

ย

  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
