- 1/2 lb (225g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth, scraping the pan to deglaze. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
