Description

Marinato-style Margherita Pizza with a blend of cheeses, fresh grape tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil on a 10-inch pizza crust.


Ingredients

  • 10-inch pizza crust
  • 5 ounces shredded mozzarella, provolone, fontina blend
  • 12 rainbow grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 basil leaves, cut into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Spread shredded cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Arrange halved grape tomatoes, basil pieces, and sliced garlic on top of the cheese.
  4. Season with black pepper and drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
  5. Transfer pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve immediately.
