Description

This Little Debbie Honey Bun Ice Cream is a dreamy dessert made with a creamy vanilla ice cream base, chunks of Honey Buns, and a sweet honey butter glaze. With just six simple ingredients, this no-churn ice cream is the perfect treat to cool off with during the summer!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 Honey Buns (chopped up)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and chopped Honey Buns, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, butter, and honey until smooth.
  4. Line a metal bread pan with parchment paper.
  5. Fill the pan halfway with the ice cream mixture and top with the honey butter glaze. Fill the rest of the pan with the remaining ice cream mixture.
  6. Cover and freeze overnight.
  7. Serve on top of a warm Honey Bun and enjoy!

Notes

  • This ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a more indulgent treat, drizzle additional honey glaze on top before serving.
