Description

Little Caesars Crazy Puffs are a fun, cheesy, and savory treat featuring pizza dough stuffed with gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and a blend of flavorful spices. Perfect for game day, parties, or a cozy snack at home.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound of your favorite pizza dough
  • 1 cup zesty pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces pepperoni or turkey pepperoni slices
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×10 inches.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then layer with pepperoni slices.
  5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut the log into 1- to 1.5-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, sea salt, Italian herb blend, black pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and parsley.
  8. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of each puff.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, ham, or veggies for variation.
  • For extra flavor, let the dough rise for an additional 20 minutes before rolling.
  • These puffs are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.
