- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sautรฉ for 5โ6 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and add the minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 1โ2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it bubble for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked linguine into the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce. Return the chicken to the pan and mix well to combine.

- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
