Description

This Layered Ranch Dip is a creamy, flavorful appetizer with a perfect mix of sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, spicy green chilies, and black olives. Ideal for parties, game day, and fiestas!


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sour cream

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing/seasoning mix

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 medium Roma tomato, diced

  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained

  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, drained

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • Tortilla chips (for serving)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Dip Base:

    • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and ranch salad dressing mix.

    • Spread the mixture into a medium-sized shallow dish.

  • Layer the Ingredients:

    • Layer the dip with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced Roma tomatoes, chopped green chilies, sliced black olives, and finely chopped red onion.

  • Refrigerate:

    • Cover and refrigerate the dip for 1 hour before serving.

 

  • Serve:
