- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, and ginger, stirring until fragrant.

- Add tofu cubes and stir gently until they become golden brown.

- Pour in broth, water, gochujang, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine flavors.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
