- 4 medium russet potatoes, about 800 grams, peeled and cubed
- 300 grams fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes, sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
- Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are fork tender and lightly golden and the sausage is browned.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm directly from the dish.
