Description

Quick and easy keto-friendly pizza roll-ups made with mozzarella and pepperoni, seasoned with Italian herbs for a low-carb snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 10 mozzarella slices
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • Sprinkle of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a slice of mozzarella on a clean surface.
  3. Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of each mozzarella slice.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mozzarella and pepperoni.
  5. Roll up the mozzarella and pepperoni tightly to form a roll-up.
  6. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet or in a skillet seam-side down.
  7. Bake or cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the roll-ups are slightly golden.
  8. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

  • Optional: serve with low-carb marinara sauce for dipping.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
  • Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
