- 10 mozzarella slices
- 20 pepperoni slices
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a slice of mozzarella on a clean surface.
- Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of each mozzarella slice.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Roll up the mozzarella and pepperoni tightly to form a roll-up.
- Place roll-ups on a baking sheet or in a skillet seam-side down.
- Bake or cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the roll-ups are slightly golden.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
- Optional: serve with low-carb marinara sauce for dipping.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
