  • 8 oz beef (sirloin or ribeye, sliced thinly)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, mushrooms)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional garnish: green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook the Jjapaguri noodles according to package instructions.
  • While noodles are cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan, and sautรฉ for another 3 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil to the pan, stirring to combine.
