Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

Sear the salmon: In a skillet, melt the butter and heat it with the oil over medium heat. Season the salmon with jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
