Description

Juicy Italian Chicken Meatballs made with ground chicken, fresh herbs, garlic, and parmesan, pan seared until golden brown and tender inside. Perfect for pasta, sandwiches, or a flavorful protein packed main dish.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 3 centimeters in diameter.
  5. Place the shaped meatballs into the heated skillet in a single layer without overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked through.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with pasta, in sandwiches, or alongside your favorite vegetables.

  • Check internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius for doneness.
