- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 3 centimeters in diameter.
- Place the shaped meatballs into the heated skillet in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with pasta, in sandwiches, or alongside your favorite vegetables.
