- 2 lbs flank or skirt steak
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
- Elote seasoning, to taste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into smaller pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Turn the Instant Pot to sautรฉ mode. Once it reads โhot,โ add avocado oil and then the steak.
- Season with elote seasoning and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- Add fresh salsa and cilantro (if using), then mix well.
- Serve immediately in tacos, burritos, or with your favorite sides.

- If you prefer a more marinated flavor, let the steak sit with the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
