- 1 cup chopped mild roasted Hatch chiles
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted hot Hatch chiles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped mild and hot roasted Hatch chiles until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (around 8ร8 inches or similar size).
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with lightly golden edges.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- Use canned or freshly roasted Hatch chiles depending on availability.
- For a spicier dip, increase the amount of hot Hatch chiles.
- Can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
