- 2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in fresh chives if using, and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15โ30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve as a dip for veggies or wings, a drizzle over pizza or fried chicken, or a dressing for salads.
