Description

Hot Honey Ranch is a creamy, sweet, and spicy dip that combines tangy sour cream, honey, and garlic chili oil, with a kick from ranch seasoning and red pepper flakes. Perfect for dipping veggies, fries, or drizzling over your favorite dishes!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) sour cream, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup (113 g) honey
  • 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, honey, garlic chili oil, ranch seasoning mix, and chopped fresh dill.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and smooth.
  3. Add red pepper flakes and adjust the heat to your preference by adding more or less.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with your favorite appetizers or as a dip for vegetables, chicken wings, or fries. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra spice, you can add more red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, use less sour cream or add a bit of Greek yogurt.
