Description

This Hibiscus Raspberry Mocktail is a refreshing, tangy, and slightly floral beverage thatโ€™s as beautiful as it is delicious. With a rich crimson hue and a burst of fruity flavors, itโ€™s perfect for brunches, parties, or just a relaxing evening at home.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 hibiscus tea bags
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves, lime slices, or edible flowers

ย

Instructions

  1. Steep the hibiscus tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
  2. In a glass or shaker, muddle the raspberries with honey (or agave syrup) and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Add the cooled hibiscus tea to the glass and stir.
  4. Fill the serving glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint leaves, lime slices, or edible flowers.

Notes

  • For a stronger floral note, steep an additional tea bag or let it steep longer.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup.
  • Use chilled hibiscus tea for quicker preparation.
