Ingredients
For the Green Broth:

4 cups chicken stock (or bone broth)

2 medium green onions, roughly chopped

For the Soup:

2 medium shallots, diced

2 medium celery stalks, diced

1 (15.5-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup ditalini pasta (or another small pasta shape)

1/2 pound shredded cooked chicken

Instructions

Prepare the Green Broth:

Bring the chicken stock to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute, until wilted but still bright green.

Transfer to a blender or food processor with the green onions, parsley, and basil.
