Description

These Healthy Date Brownie Bites are a flourless, no-sugar-added treat made with dates, cocoa powder, and almond butter. They’re rich, fudgy, and topped with chocolate chips for an extra indulgent twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with oil.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the pitted dates until smooth.
  3. Add in the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, almond butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  4. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Once baked, let the brownie bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top and serve!

Notes

  • Chill the batter before scooping for thicker, chewier brownie bites.
  • Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
