- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with oil.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the pitted dates until smooth.
- Add in the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, almond butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, let the brownie bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top and serve!
Notes
- Chill the batter before scooping for thicker, chewier brownie bites.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
