- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until onions are translucent and carrots begin to soften.
