Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil (if needed) over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sautรฉ until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the tomato paste (if using), cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- While the beef cooks, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15โ20 seconds until pliable.
- To assemble, place a generous portion of the seasoned ground beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), salsa (or hot sauce), and avocado (or guacamole) as desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
