- 1 tbsp submarine dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped banana peppers
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
For the Dill Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (180°C).
- Assemble the Sliders: Cut the mini rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer provolone cheese first, followed by the turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni. Place the top halves back on.
- Bake the Sliders: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warmed through.
- Prepare the Grinder Salad: In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, submarine dressing, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and black pepper. Stir in banana peppers, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
- Make the Dill Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter, honey, and fresh dill in a small bowl.
- Brush & Bake Again: Once the sliders are warmed through, brush the tops with the dill butter sauce and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Add the Grinder Salad: Carefully lift the top halves of the sliders, spoon the grinder salad over the meats, and place the tops back on. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the sliders for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Add extra banana peppers or red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
- Serve with a side of marinara or mustard for dipping.
