Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 24 mini brioche buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 lb turkey meat
  • 1/2 lb ham
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb salami
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese

For the Grinder Salad:

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp submarine dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped banana peppers
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded

For the Dill Butter Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (180°C).
  • Assemble the Sliders: Cut the mini rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer provolone cheese first, followed by the turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni. Place the top halves back on.
  • Bake the Sliders: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warmed through.
  • Prepare the Grinder Salad: In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, submarine dressing, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and black pepper. Stir in banana peppers, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
  • Make the Dill Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter, honey, and fresh dill in a small bowl.
  • Brush & Bake Again: Once the sliders are warmed through, brush the tops with the dill butter sauce and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Add the Grinder Salad: Carefully lift the top halves of the sliders, spoon the grinder salad over the meats, and place the tops back on. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the sliders for 1-2 minutes at the end.
  • Add extra banana peppers or red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
  • Serve with a side of marinara or mustard for dipping.
