- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 pound small potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- Slice the mushrooms into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Cut the small potatoes into halves or quarters to ensure they cook evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and oregano to make the marinade.
- Place the steak, mushrooms, and potatoes in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the ingredients and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated steak, mushrooms, and potatoes onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh side salad!

- If youโre using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
