Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to a sealable container and pour over the marinade, ensuring even coverage.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for best flavor.

Prepare the Skewers & Grill:
- If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and thread onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill skewers for 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165ยฐF / 75ยฐC).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
