Instructions

Prepare Skewers:
If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. -
Preheat Grill:
Preheat the grill to medium heat. -
Prepare Cheese:
Cut the cheese into 1-inch wide strips for skewering. The length will vary depending on the shape of the cheese. -
Skewer Cheese:
Thread the cheese onto the soaked skewers. -
Season Cheese:
Brush the cheese skewers with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful, as grilling cheeses can be naturally salty. -
Grill Cheese Skewers:
Place the skewers on the grill. Grill the first side until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Flip the skewers and grill the second side for 1 minute. Continue flipping to brown and crisp all sides.
