- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped dill, parsley, and honey. Pulse briefly to incorporate herbs without over-blending.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, blending briefly again.
- Transfer dressing to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled over salads, grilled vegetables, or as a dip.
