Instructions

  • Make the Burger Patties:

    • In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix well with your hands and shape into 4 large patties.
  • Cook the Patties:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook patties for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
    • Alternatively, grill the patties over medium heat.
  • Assemble the Burgers:
