These Reuben Crescent Rolls are a delicious, flaky twist on the classic Reuben sandwich! Made with buttery crescent dough, stuffed with savory corned beef, melty Swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut, and finished with a Thousand Island dressing spread, these rolls are perfect for appetizers, snacks, or game day treats.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
- 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Prepare & Assemble:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spread a small amount of Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.
- Layer each with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
Roll & Bake:
- Roll each triangle starting from the wide end, forming crescent shapes.
- Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds (optional).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
