Description

These Reuben Crescent Rolls are a delicious, flaky twist on the classic Reuben sandwich! Made with buttery crescent dough, stuffed with savory corned beef, melty Swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut, and finished with a Thousand Island dressing spread, these rolls are perfect for appetizers, snacks, or game day treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
  • 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional, for garnish)

ย

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare & Assemble:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Spread a small amount of Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.
  4. Layer each with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.

Roll & Bake:

  1. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end, forming crescent shapes.
  2. Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds (optional).
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

ย

Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping!

Notes

  • Make sure to squeeze excess liquid from the sauerkraut to prevent soggy rolls.
  • Swap corned beef for pastrami for a different twist!

ย

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for crispiness.
