Description

A sweet and tender gluten-free peach crisp topped with a buttery oat and brown sugar crumble, perfect for dessert or a special treat.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced peaches (about 8 peaches)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/4 cups gluten free quick oats
  • 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine gluten free oats, gluten free flour, brown sugar, margarine, and salt to create the topping.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator; reheat before serving.
