- 5 cups sliced peaches (about 8 peaches)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 1/4 cups gluten free quick oats
- 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine gluten free oats, gluten free flour, brown sugar, margarine, and salt to create the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator; reheat before serving.
