  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 60ml golden syrup

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar).
  • Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, and golden syrup to the dry mixture and stir until the dough is well combined.
  • Shape the Biscuits:
    • Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to shape the biscuits.
  • Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
