- 2 beaten eggs
- 60ml golden syrup
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar).
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, and golden syrup to the dry mixture and stir until the dough is well combined.
- Shape the Biscuits:
- Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to shape the biscuits.
- Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
