- 2 chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 500 grams gnocchi
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden, then remove.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float, then drain.
- Add gnocchi and chicken to the sauce and toss well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results
- Do not overcook gnocchi
- Add a splash of milk when reheating
