Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrot fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • For extra crispiness, increase the air fryer time by 2–3 minutes.
