- 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, increase the air fryer time by 2–3 minutes.
- You can substitute parmesan with nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
