Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños, and chopped red bell pepper until smooth.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
- Unroll the croissant dough onto a flat surface.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and seal the edges.
- Slice into equal-sized pieces and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter.
