Description

  • Jalapeño peppers, sliced: 3 medium
  • Cream cheese, softened: 8 ounces
  • Shredded cheese: 1 cup
  • Red bell pepper, finely chopped: 1/4 cup
  • Butter, melted: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced: 2 cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños, and chopped red bell pepper until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
  4. Unroll the croissant dough onto a flat surface.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and seal the edges.
  7. Slice into equal-sized pieces and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
