Ingredients

5 lbs NY strip steak, sliced into strips

1 lb baby golden potatoes, quartered or halved

2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

1 tsp thyme

Instructions

Sautรฉ the Potatoes:

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add potatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper.
