- 2 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread & Assemble: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly using a silicone spatula.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts evenly over the yogurt.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
- Cut & Store: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut into rectangles or triangles. Work quickly to minimize melting.
