Description

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
  • Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread & Assemble: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly using a silicone spatula.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts evenly over the yogurt.
  • Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
  • Cut & Store: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut into rectangles or triangles. Work quickly to minimize melting.
  • Store Properly: Transfer the pieces to an airtight container, layering parchment paper between them to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer.
