Description

These Easy Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a creamy, refreshing treat made with Greek yogurt, juicy strawberries, and a delicious chocolate coating. Theyโ€™re the perfect healthy snack, quick dessert, or high-protein treat to satisfy your cravings. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for a cool, ice cream-like bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries (add more if desired)

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • 1 tsp agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1 cup milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar)

ย

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

    • In a large bowl, mix the chopped strawberries and Greek yogurt.

  2. Form the Clusters

    • Using a medium cookie scoop, place scoops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • You should get about 9 clusters.

  3. Freeze the Clusters

    • Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze for at least 1-2 hours or overnight until completely solid.

  4. Melt the Chocolate

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil.

    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  5. Dip in Chocolate

    • Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer.

    • Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat evenly.

    • If clusters start melting, return them to the freezer before continuing.

  6. Set and Enjoy

    • Place the coated clusters back on the parchment-lined sheet.

    • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

    • Freeze for another 20-30 minutes until firm.

How to Serve:

ย

  • Store in the fridge for a softer consistency.

  • Keep in the freezer for a more ice cream-like texture.

Notes

  • Try white chocolate for a sweeter twist!

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer, antioxidant-packed option.

ย

  • For added crunch, sprinkle crushed nuts or granola over the chocolate before it sets.
