Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2+ cups Fritos corn chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1+ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
  • In a large pan, brown and chop the ground beef over medium heat. Drain grease, then mix with taco seasoning and ยฝ cup water; set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough into a pie dish, placing the pointy ends in the center and the short edges along the outer sides. Press to form a crust.
  • Use a fork to poke holes in the crust and bake for 5 minutes to prevent sogginess.
  • Let the crust cool slightly, then layer a handful of Fritos on the bottom.
  • Add the seasoned ground beef, then spread sour cream evenly over the top.
