- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Finely chop the raw shrimp and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges with water, fold, and press firmly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Arrange dumplings in a single layer and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot while crisp and enjoy.
